I wish you could give this place a minus because I wouldn’t even give them one star! The gentleman that works here is RUDE, he should know that at a time like these emotions are high and should have some compassion. He is RUDE, DISMISSIVE and SHORT and has no people skills what so ever. I would encourage everyone to go somewhere else if at all possible. He wouldn’t even answer one question if your not the main person, even though it’s my mother. All I wanted to know is on average how long does it takes to receive your loved ones ashes so I could plan the celebration of life!!!!! Horrible service. DISGUSTED

Tracy and her support staff are amazing! When my dad was sick, we began to plan his funeral, and Frobergs may have not have been the first place we called but it was definitely our last. Words cannot express how thankful I am to have found this particular funeral home. Tracy works day and night to make sure every detail is in order, even things you may not think about or forget about (because planning a funeral is a hard time for anyone). You truly don't recognize customer service until you have it, especially during such an emotional time. They worked with us (where other funeral homes had acted like we were a nuisance or asking for too much) to make sure my father's funeral was what he deserved. This is the funeral home you want, trust me.

Tracy Loy and staff were amazing. What a blessing it was to need their services in time of grief, and to have our experience with Froberg be seamless and stress-free. Our family thanks each and every one of them for their professionlism and pleasant communications. Thank you. 💜
