I cannot recommend Mark Crowder and his team more! He handled my dad’s cremation with such care and professionalism. When the hospice home sent him to the wrong location, fixed-no problem. When I requested his ashes be mailed to Colorado-no problem. When I requested his death cert mailed instead of picked up at their location-no problem. I would trust Mark with any after-life situation you have: no problems! :)

Mark Crowder was great. He was very professional and caring and understanding at the same time. He helped us understand the process and explained things in a way we could understand. He was very patient. He really listened to us and worked with us to make the service the way we wanted. The whole Crowder team made the day go very smoothly. Just wanted to thank the whole staff for such a wonderful celebration of life service for my wife. I made several changes from beginning to the day of the funeral and none of the staff even hesitated even though it created a lot of extra work. Several suggestions were given that also made everything as stress free as possible for the family. They also worked with us to keep the cost very reasonable.
