We’re so thankful for the wonderful people at Flanner Buchanan Decatur Township. For every step in the process & to a person they were outstanding and made the process from final arrangements planning to the visitation & funeral last month so much easier for us. Allyse Worland was the Funeral Director we worked with, and we could not imagine a more compassionate or professional person to work with. She handled every detail perfectly which really freed us up to focus on being there for each other and remembering & celebrating my father. Also, Flanner and Buchanan’s website memorial and photo collage posted online are outstanding and provide an excellent memorial for those visiting the obituary page on their website.

Death always seem to be hard at times. but I thank God for all the people he put in our at the time we needed it and Allyse Worland is one of these special people he put in our path. She was very kind and worked very well in taken care of my family’s needs she checked in with my kids to make sure everything was going good and did they need anything the perfect person for the task at hand. Thank you Flanner & Buchanan for the kind staff.

Thank you so much for the caring way you handled my mother Donna Shafer's service! The facility was clean and they asked for our input on the wearing of masks, at the time of service it was not mandatory to wear them. We chose to let people who came decide on their own what to do. Everyone was polite and made sure everything was the way we wanted it. Thank you so much Brian for your kindness and care!
