My dad passed away on December 15th, unexpectedly. We did not have anything planned because of this so we were very worried we wouldn't be able to afford taking care of dad's cremation, etc. Mr. Jones was so compassionate caring, and understanding in every single way. His staff as well. They helped us to afford dad's cremation and gave us time to collect the money we needed for it. Dad's obituary was beautifully worded and I genuinely felt they cared through every step of it all. They answered every single question we had thoroughly. We felt so much better after we went with Jones Family Mortuary.

I don’t really know where to start, but I can tell you I never expected to feel the need to write a review for a mortuary. The Jones family and their employees went above and beyond to help make a difficult time seem easy. I live in Florida and was able to set up services and coordinate with my brother to take care of all of the tasks to prepare for our dads service. They walked us through the process and with a few phone calls, emails and texts, they were able to give us the service we wanted to honor my dad. I sincerely can not thank the Jones family and Kristian enough for everything!

Everything was as good as could be. With exception of kitchen aid. I just happen to be from a family and friends of coffee drinkers. I feel she should have kept a eye on it a little bit. Instead she got upset every time she was asked to make coffee. I would have been happy to do it myself rather than ask but only filters were there
