The staff is excellent, and go above and beyond to assist you. My family has used Elm Ridge for several years, and we just buried a close friend in the cemetery. They were outstanding to the family. Moved grave side service inside the chapel due to weather conditions so the family would not be outside. Thanks again for outstanding service you provided for the family.

My uncle’s funeral services were conducted at Elm Ridge today. I was completely dissatisfied with the service. A very nice lady from the funeral home staff conducted the service. She mispronounced my uncle’s surname several times. His last name is Briner (hard I ) she kept calling him Brenner. Someone should have gone over the eulogy with this lady to make sure that she knew the correct pronunciation of his name. The doors where his casket was supposed to go through were locked. Someone went to check on getting them open but that never happened. Ultimately his casket had to be wheeled to the far end of the room and taken out another set of doors. Apparently no one spoke with the family before the services to see who the pallbearers were going to be. The lady asked for volunteers to carry him to the hearse. Lastly, the room was full of what I have always called “stink bugs “. They were on the ceiling, floor and baseboards. Also, there was a stain on the carpet. I’m very disappointed with the way the service was handled and the presence of bugs. I will not recommend Elm Ridge to anyone.

Management takes it up on themselves with no notice to "throw away" all flowers. This happened just after Memorial Day. So far they have grave robbed my family alone out of about $600 and the ability to pay our respects to our loved ones. Sad sad world.
