Losing a loved one is never easy, and we didn’t know what to expect from our appointment. From the moment we walked in the doors we were greeted with kindness. 𝐄𝐫𝐢𝐤𝐚 assisted my family today with our loved one’s preparations. Walked us through everything, gave us all the information and options and never rushed us. Our appointment was at 3:30 and we didn’t leave until well after 6. She told us she would take as much time as was needed to help us decide and get through this. She was amazing! In every way! She took a heartbroken family and truly helped us find peace. The kindness, positivity of this woman is beyond expectation! We were blessed with her today! Very excellent customer service. We’re very attentive to our needs at a time where you can’t even think. This is a truly first experience I have ever had having to put a loved one to rest. Throughout the two weeks that Adriana and Ernesto Just to name a few and their excellent team they have doing the preparing. My father looks so peaceful as if he was Sleeping. I would also like to say that through this experience people in this type of business definitely go through a lot they give up a lot of their time. So that people who have lost their love ones can have final memories to cherish. I highly recommend This establishment for your needs.

On July 21, 2020 my husband passed unexpectedly and never did I think I would now have to go and plan his funeral. From the moment I walked into Fitzhenry Wiefels in Indio Ernesto Rosales and his staff were amazing from beginning to the end. They made the process smooth and easy as this was a very difficult time for my family and I. The staff was so amazing from handling my husband's body during transport from hospital to there facility they handled him with the up most respect. They also did an amazing job on making him look so amazing and I am forever grateful for that. The services went as smooth as possible and everything in between was wonderful. I am very thankful for the wonderful way the staff handled everything because this allowed me to grieve and not have to worry about anything. Thank you Fitzhenry Wiefels. You were AMAZING!
