Excellent service during a emotional time. Mother passed away unexpectedly and had to rush to get her out of the nursing home (not longer than 4 hours) and then later cremated. Casillas team with Joe G. Did outstanding job of organizing everything and walking US through all the required paperwork. Highly recommend!

Sad when they don’t say where their got their education from as you have to have proper education to be a embalmer and funeral director . You can not just have a title as funeral director or funeral consultant without backing it up where you studied . They don’t even have a cremation specialist . . We used them when my nana passed away in 1998 and they sent 1 person to remove her from our home . No family member should have to be the ones who wrap their loved ones in the sheet and place them in a body bag . This place only deals with the lower income families based on where their locations are .

I lost my father not long ago and they guided me through everything since day one since it was my first time dealing with the passing of a loved one. The gentleman with the epic beard was pretty cool and understanding. Guided the pallbearers and I on how we would be carrying pops into church and at the cemetery. They did a wonderful job on dressing my father, he looked as if he was sleeping looking sharp for the ladies (my dad was a ladies man) Service was good, they provided us with unlimited coffee sugars and creamers. You can’t drink booze inside the chapel though, keep that in mind. I wanted to place a shot of tequila and a bottle in a table by my dad’s casket but did not bothered asking for the same reason. Keep in mind, all money must be paid in full. I thought they offered payment options but it don’t work that way so that’s something to look into to be prepared.
