Exquisite Family Mortuary are very professional and very kind to all my family members. They took care all the funeral arrangements. I will recommend if any need any funeral arrangements to call exquisite family Mortuary. I just want to take the time out to give thanks to Mr. Cole , he has an amazing work ethic and great customer service. He has left my siblings and family members satisfied how he handled our father home going service. We truly appreciate him, his hard work and work skills. if I could give this place -10 stars I WOULD!! horrible customer service. my tia has not been able to rest & has been in this facility for 2 months. they couldn’t identify her because she didn’t have her identification band on ankle. now my family is skeptical like how do we know we are getting my tias ashes! called on multiple occasions wondering when my tia will be put to rest but they never seem to have answers. not only are the clueless about what is going on in their facility but they are rude & have no sympathy for the family of their descendent! my family is mourning & this facility is not helping. my mom has not been eating due to this situation! she is stressed out & now it is affecting her health ! I have filed a complaint to funeral bureau! this is unacceptable!
