I had the privilege of attending a recent funeral service honoring the life and legacy of an Army Veteran. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to service counselor Anna Perez for her exceptional support and guidance throughout the process. Anna’s compassion and professionalism were evident as she worked with the family, ensuring that every detail was handled with care. We were honored to be invited to participate in the ceremony, which was a beautiful tribute to a remarkable individual. Thank you, Anna, for allowing us to assist in honoring this veteran's life. Your dedication made a meaningful difference to everyone involved.

I would not recommend this mortuary at all. My mom passed away four months ago and she had purchased her services here a few years before. So they call me to make an appointment a few days later after they picked up my mom and I ask what do I need to take they say nothing don't worry about it. When I get there we are helped by this "counselor" Jackie Ortega who asked us for paper work that I did not have because when I asked they said I didn't need anything. Then she seems upset because she has to physically look for documents since the mortuary is not technologically updated. Then we set up dates for services, while we get to this point it was my family members and I who were asking all the questions she provided no additional options to the things we didn't agree with. They call themselves counselors and she had no empathy or sympathy to our family, but continue to finalize dates and respecting my mothers wishes of doing everything at the mortuary. When I drop off the clothes, I ask if can see the chapel because I had not seen it. The gentlemen kindly say your not on the schedule for the viewing on the chapel go talk to the "counselor". In fact we were not and they had put us a small viewing room, noted that we had given her information during our meeting of the services and accommodations we needed. She tried to blame it on me saying that I didn't understand when I had other people with me to support me during the process. I had to find a church that would accommodate our needs not knowing this was an option because she refused to give me other options since the beginning. I insisted that she needed to solve this and suddenly we had options. She put me and my dad under so much extra stress that was unnecessary under the circumstances. My mom left this paid to minimize stress and I got completely the opposite. They also charges me extra money for making changes that could have been avoided and to top it off the sign in boot had the wrong date on it. Until this day I know they have gotten a complain that I made, but no one had had the courtesy to apologize for their mistake or to address changes that could be made to better serve the people. This continues to bother me every time I think about it. I would not like anyone to go through what I went, find a place when they actually care about the people and not about the money

This place is bad you pay a lot for vista del lago and for what u can't leave any decorations to your love ones without someone stealing it and you ask the supervisor and does not know who took it and don't answer the calls. I wasted 2k on this.
