This is my second post after 8 months of my loved one passing. Although Citizens service was very helpful. What concerns me for others using their services. Citizens was not able to make changes before the viewing and they should have reached out to the family if they had any concerns.

Very unprofessional services to the family. To Eddith S. and Harold Pittman, patience and being professional goes a long way within the industry. Very nasty behavior and attitude, very pushy and very arrogant. On the other hand they did my loved one very well. But just overall just horrible customer service.
