Evergreen has been the funeral home my family has used for years. This July, as always, they took great care with my family as we navigated through the passing of my father. We appreciate their professionalism and compassion always.

When suddenly left to grieve the loss of my beautiful Sister-in-law, whose years were too few on this Earth, we were frozen from shock. We were aware that action was needed but completely at a loss for what to do, how to do it or whom to call. Two trusted family members recommend Evergreen Memorial Funeral Home, so that made the funeral home selection a no brainer. But what made All the Difference was the contact name one family member provided. Cliffton Maxfield was a Godsend. Once we reached out to him, the weight of what and how was politely removed from our shoulders. Our situation was a bit unique, because our Loved One would not be buried in the U.S., but in another country; which comes with a whole Extra set of requirements and hoops to jump through. We also did not have a viewing or service in the U.S. Now you'll notice that some of the negative reviews mention discontentment about money and lack of care and concern. Our experience was the exact opposite. Cliffton provided us with a white glove experience, although he knew upfront that we wouldn't be requiring their services for the items that cause the cost to be really high. He provided a quote from their price list, and that is all we were billed. There weren't any hidden cost or miscellaneous items added to the bill, which is so rare in this day and age. The level of care and concern Cliffton provided went above and beyond anything we would have ever expected. Everytime we called he responded immediately, and we called a lot. The staff at the funeral home was very kind and helpful, though we only had to interact with them a couple of times, because Cliffton pretty much handled everything. Cliffton, I just want the world to know how Awesome you all were at Evergreen. If all of the funeral directors are as Amazing as you are, I want anyone in need of funeral services to know, your loved one and surviving family will be in Excellent hands at Evergreen Memorial Funeral Home. The Jones Family Side note: the funeral home that we used in the other country was also named Evergreen. We were told that they took their name in honor of your funeral home based on their exposure and experience with your location. They were also Excellent. So Evergreen, you made a difference in another part of the world, even though you may not have known you did.

They stole my $1800.00, plus $40.00, for opening and closing of the gravesite, which incleded in the total funeral cost, then call me the day of the my brothers view, to take cash to the funeral home owners of the cementary, or they wouldn't let me have the viewing, and Mr. Madison would not give my money back, they stole my money, they are thieves.
