I am so pleased with the service our family received at Family First Funeral Home at one of the most challenging times in our lives. The care and personal attention from Family First was excellent, and I would like to thank D.J., Steve, Tammy, and all the staff for a job well done. Today my son was called to pick up his father's cremains. Instead of just having him sign a paper and handing him the box, he was taken to a private room where the box of remains was surrounded by a wreath of flowers and 2 candles. He was asked if he wanted to take some time to himself in the room. That gesture touched my heart. Dignity to the very end, above and beyond.

All these 5 stars need to stop it. This place does a horrible job. They went off and left the police escorts along with the rest of the family that was supposed to be in the family car. Hot ghetto mess. And the old school white hurst was tacky. And the family had to do the obituary and it was also a mess. I hated the funeral. The children were on second row and in-laws were on the first. This place is just ratchet. Also not to mention the customer service is terrible. It’s giving very much hood funeral home with food stamp office customer service. The after hours lady is rude and so is the person during the day. Find somewhere else to bury your people with. If I could give zero stars I would.
