Ricardo and Shellie are heaven sent! We were in a bind with another facility that over promised and under delivered! It was a last ditch effort my brother called Emerald Hills Funeral Home and Shellie went above and beyond to accommodate us with only a few days notice! The service and burial went perfect! I recommend this location 10/10 and will forever be grateful to how professional, loving, and accommodating the entire team at Emerald Hills Funeral Home were! The loss of a loved one is devastating and your world turns upside down, but this facility will guide you every step of the way!

My Wife passed away on January 6 2024. My Family & I meet with a Christian Tiemann on January 10 2024 To discuss Headstones for my Wife's grave site.She goes ahead and draws up a sketch of the Headstone with the Information to be placed on the Headstone&a picture of a Rose in the middle of an infinity symbol. I contact her and ask why is that laid across my symbol Her reply is for size reperazation About 4 Mths. Later I don't hear from her at all it's as if she got my CHECK & I didn't matter that much anymore.it was paid for on 02/21/24.After going to Emerald Hills & meeting with numerous people I meet Christerpher Jones Manager of the Cemetery l explain to him what's going on He gets the sketch drawn & approved in 1 Hr. Time on 04/16/24 on 06/07/24 l go to Cemetery still no headstone Speak with numerous people in office& was told they would look into this matter My Family& I had personal things on my Wife's Grave which were stripped with out any notice This was done according to Cemetery policy still a phone call would have been nice so I could get my stuff instead of THROWING THEM OUT !!! I have yet to hear from Christina. I would like to thank Christerpher Jones in this matter & I'm writing this review on 07/25/24 & Happy to say Her Headstone is up & looks Beautiful as my Wife did of 45 Yrs.Thank You Christerpher Jones.

Chris, the Director of Emerald Hills has been nothing but helpful caring Mr. And Worried shows lots of compassion. We have been using Emerald Hills now for years my dad, my mom, my nephew and my brother we got top treatment, so Chris again thank you thank you thank you.
