Laid my best friend to rest back in Feb. Was honored to do the eulogy. Day of his funeral I was informed as soon as I got there that time was an issue for there was another funeral scheduled a couple hours later and that I needed to keep it brief. 25+ year friendship asked to be shorted due to scheduling conflicts… um… okay. Beyond that aggravation and just powering through it— there were a couple of technical difficulties with the audio and slideshow playing in the background. There was suppose to be live music but that didn’t happen. They misspelled my name in his funeral program. Didn’t credit me for the video I made for him, yet they altered the slideshow with their logo at the end as if they created and produced the video— which they had nothing to do with. However, online the conception is all was produced in house, which it wasn’t. These people seem scatterbrained and unprofessional. I didn’t spend a dime here and think his family wasted a lot of money on a promise things would go right, which they didn’t. He didn’t look like himself open casket. He seemed to be forgotten, not cherished, in the process of death. Not what anyone should be looking for in a funeral home. Zero stars. R.I.P. Chris. I love you brother.

I have not had time to send a remark in regards to this funeral home. My mother past on Jan 2 2023 and this was by far the toughest time I have had in my life, and that is losing my precious mother. This funeral home was so tentative to me and my family I can't explain how thankful I am for them, I'm not good with names but I did remember Kevin as one of the persons helping us. He kept his cool with us when all hell broke loose in regards to who the Beneficiary was, at the end of the day he kept his cool once he found out what was going on with me and my sisters. Can't tell the whole story but just know these people right here, are trained I believe to handle anything. Long story short they got us through it with (GRACE!!! and I would recommend them to whomever is going to need this type of service in the near future.... Oh someone else said they wish they could give 10 stars, so do I so the 5 I selected add as many more as you can to those 100%

We recently used the Fort Worth location for my son's funeral services. Basically, we were pleased, but there were a few hitches with our services. Let me say first that Tamara Massey is the best staff they have there. We planned or services with Mr. Hill, a funeral director, usually works out of the Dallas location, and he didn't seem totally familiar with the process. Review your program thoroughly before printing because they can't make any revisions after you've approved it. Some of our pictures didn't turn out well. They really need to have someone assisting families with the programs. Families are very distraught at this time, and with the large amount of money you're paying, they could help more with this part. Otherwise, we were basically happy.
