As Cotton has taken care of final arrangements of many of my relatives and loved ones, I simply cannot avoid saying this. I attended two funerals only a week apart recently and the ministers provided made comments disrespectful to Muslims during their sermons. At both services, two different sides of my family, there were obviously Muslim people in the seats. In one, a Muslim person gave testimony. In 2024 in a city so heavily Muslim as Newark, family members should never ever have to be confronted with that while they attend a service to mourn their loved one. Cotton is wonderful but that in particular needs to be addressed. Disrespect toward Muslims should not be allowed. Please speak to the clergy you provide.

Outstanding service being provided during a difficult time was what my family and I received from Michele and Cotton Funeral Services. Although I was out of state, handling the arrangements from afar was a smooth transition and done with much patience and care. I highly recommend Cotton Funeral Services and they have over a decade of family tradition.

Greetings, I want to edit my review since my last post to state after it was all said,and done with my sister's buriall. The funeral director Mr Ozzie Boykins did however step up to make things right for my sister Estella Leary. I'm so thankful that now she can rest in peace.
