Please Please Beware Coming To This Establishment !!! They Own Several Properties And Beware They HAVE BED BUGS VERY BAD And Won’t Help Their Tenants Just Be Careful Taking Your Loved Ones Here !!! They Are Very Very Rude Too .

I have attended many funerals at EM Coots, including my mother’s. In my opinion 5 stars for the way she was fixed. During a funeral service my sense of smell was perceiving cigarette smoke coming from Coot’s office into the meeting room and lobby. This is not the first or second time this has happened but many times. I love everyone there including the smoker. But I think I would prefer the non smoking options elsewhere. The WIFI was very helpful but they need to boost upload speeds for live streaming. The A/C needs to double in size and the thermostat needs to be in the viewing areas. Mr Coots now smokes outside. Thank you.
