Immaculate service! When I went into this company I was broken and lost. This company went over and beyond to explain everything and accommodate personal needs. Absolutely no up selling, honest about cost and exhibited so much patience. They also sent staff with me to get the proper size suit because the initial suit was a tight fit. Literally everything was handled with care, compassion, respect and integrity. Thank you Clarence and staff. I could not have asked for a better experience during this time. Update on review: when I say every detail of my husbands funeral was carried out, they missed nothing! It was beautiful! Attentive funeral firecy, carried my children and his mother through everything and was so compassionate. I can not thank this company enough. My husband looked just like himself. The staff went above and beyond to assist my family. We only purchased a cremation package, but we were still treated as a high priority and received individualized service. Ms. Louise was patient with my grandfather and her kindness, especially, helped make a difficult experience less challenging for us all.

Only use this place if you haven't suffered enough grief with your loss. Clarence is highly unprofessional and rude. Will never deal with this money hungry place again. Edit: Do you mean to say that someone lost a loved one and instead of provide the single piece of paper they need, you completely refuse? At best costing someone 3 days pay, at worst disciplinary action including potentially additional time off or termination. All because you couldn't take 5 minutes to print out a single piece of paper?
