My family has had a terrible experience here. We were told to bring a USB with our video for my grandmother since we had time I ordered some from Amazon. Put it on many copies. When we arrive I was told I also needed to bring my own laptop. In my time of grief I had to troubleshoot and solve for this issue and work it out for myself. The funeral director Jerry treated my mother and my father who has Alzheimer's very poorly when they went in to pay the bill. It took a few weeks to get insurance and nursing home money all worked out. It seems that a funeral home would understand that, and not threaten legal action 6 weeks after the funeral. Please avoid this place at all cost. No one should have to deal with the extra on top of dealing with the loss of a loved one. I helped my wife with her father's funeral, the payment on that was extremely delayed do to estate issues. We received kindness and grace from other companies. I normally post positive reviews as I think there is to much negative in the world. I am only posting to try to help others from having an awful experience while also dealing with loss

I have minor complaints, but they are things that should easily been taken care of! Our son’s significant other had lost her mother, his siblings went together to purchase a nice Windchime keepsake. My daughter called. Parsons asked if they had a hanger that could be used to display The wind chime during the service? They said absolutely, of course we do, my daughter brought it very early that morning, and when we arrived hours later, for the viewing & service, The wind chime was sitting on a shelf in the box! How tacky ! Next several friends of the deceased Went together to purchase 3 items for the three family members. The flower shop brought the items in early and asked Parsons to please flip on the lights to the lantern and the candle prior to the viewing! They said of course they will! This also was not done until the owners of the flower shop came and noticed that the lights were not on!!

We have used Parsons my entire life, then the most important funeral of my life ( my dads) Parsons wete the rudest people!!! Actually telling me I couldn’t go to my father’s funeral!!! Threaten to call the police on me!!! And all I was doing was smoking a cigarette in my own vehicle!!! So I woukd never go to Parsins again!!!!
