I would recommend anyone to use Grondin in Rochester went above and beyond expectations and the staff felt like family to us. Very happy. Made of tragedy so much better by going to Grondin.

Dealing with the loss of someones parent is not easy for anyone to have to deal with, so when my wife lost her mom, we used Grondin's and couldn't be more satisfied. The professionalism shown by everyone involved was nothing short of excellent. The compassion and patience shown was great with no pressure on any decisions that had to be made.

The Team at Grondin's were so wonderful to work with for my Mother's funeral arrangements. I cannot say enough how much support and care that they provided to taking care of my Mother and to our family! They took care of every detail with compasion, sincerety and professionalism. The day of the wake when the family entered the viewing room they had provided additional momentos from them. They read the obituary and researched some of the details of my Mother's life. The one club mentioned they found addtional pictures of her and laid them out. We mentioned she loved to watch the birds on her property and Grondins had bird seed for the mourners to take home and feed birds in her memory. They took special family photos and had memorial brochures for everyone to take home. They had many other beautiful surprises that helped bring addtional comfort to all of us. You will not be disappointed to trust them with your loved one!
