After 12 years my Mom paid for a burial plan for both Dad and Mom. Dad past away 6/15/18 and Duggan's came threw with all their promises and more. The Funeral and Burial was very nice Duggan's Staff treated all the guest , family as well my deciesed Dad with high respect. My Dad served the UNITED STATE NAVY for 40 years , We are very proud of him for that and for being a great Father. Thank You Duggan's for making these last days the best to honor my Father. Great parking for a large family and extra parking on the side garage if more.

I would rate this place higher as I’ve had multiple loved ones have been taken care of here, but the funeral director named Karen made the last viewing frustrating all because she wanted to throw a temper tantrum when she could have easily spoken in a more calm and professional manner. Instead, she immediately barged into the room with an attitude and told our group we have too many people and started acting like she was a victim even when we followed her orders and made a single file line like she asked. We never gave her attitude back as we just wanted have proper service for our loved one, but before even half of us had been able to pay our respects she flipped out again and started yelling at people to go to their cars and start leaving. People were trying to figure out where we going to go to next and then Karen comes out again yelling about pressing trespassing charges on everyone there unless we leave immediately. Karen’s attitude was the worst part of the whole ceremony, and she definitely needs to be reported for her lack of care in this type of industry where that should be the of the utmost importance especially when dealing with grieving families.

One staff member who called herself Karen tried to ruin a dear friend’s service. Staff guided us in, we all stood quietly in a room waiting to be led in. A woman with short hair came In proclaiming her name was Karen and she said she felt the need to behave like a Karen, she proceeded to inform us our group was “too much” we all looked confused, we all were standing silently in the room the staff led us to. She started telling us all to go stand outside and wait for the service. We all went and stood by our cars in the parking lot waiting. She came out and said only his parents and wife were aloud inside during the service. There were 40 chairs and she only allowed 15 guests in during the service. When the viewing time came another staff member told us we were aloud to walk through. The whole time Karen was waiving her arms like a traffic controller telling us to hurry up while viewing our deceased friends body, she was standing next to his body rushing us. After she came out to us waiting for the other loved ones to come out she came to complain about our presence. While talking to the family, quietly of course family mentioned she rushed the families service as well. Rushing the deceased man’s father in a walked to hurry up and sit down, hurry up and get out. The family service was cut down to 10 minutes by this woman Karen. She then came immediately after the family service threatening to trespass us all, including the police family members simply waiting for elderly family members to use the restroom before the long drive. The police family members let us know she was out of line, we were invited guests simply standing by our cars waiting for the rest to come out so we could make the long drive back together. Our group was not loud or obnoxious. Simply folk’s crying in a parking lot by our cars in an otherwise empty parking lot. None of the other staff brought up and issues. It was just Karen coming to us complaining our group shouldn’t be here, she gave no explanation why. She kept approaching the darker skinned guests telling them they would be trespassed. It was odd she didn’t approach the 3 white guests but went straight to the darker skinned folks to say this. She would look at them and huff and puff them stomp around waiving them away from the service. I tried to ask her what the problem was but she kept running away when I approached her. I asked the front desk if our group was an issue or if someone was rude but they looked confused and said no to please just enjoy the service. The wife of the deceased held it together but was clearly disturbed by this woman’s behavior. I found it extremely strange and disturbing hearing her proclaim her name was Karen and she was being a Karen. If you know your being unreasonable why not remove yourself from the situation instead of doing it over an over? Why was she the only one complaining and threatening guests? Did the other employees know she was doing this? My partner asked me not to complain during the service or to approach her since she was acting erratically and I am heavily pregnant. Please if you have a service here and Karen is present, immediately ask for another staff member to take her place if you have any folks of color attending!
