I hired the services of this funeral home and that was the worst mistake of my entire life. Jennifer López lied to me about all the things she promised me, from the time of the wake to how my family member had to be in the chapel, nothing was right. They kicked us out in the worst way, they have no feelings. There works an administrator who lacks scruples and feelings, she only knows how to get more money. It's the worst choice I've ever made. I regret with all my soul having taken my brother and all the people who accompanied us there. I hope no one ever hires this disastrous place.

Being that I wasn’t the direct member of the family that made arrangements with this “establishment” I’m not sure If my review is valid but being the sister of the mother whose sons memorial service was held here I am not at all impressed by the level of service my sister received during this time of loss. The staff here lacked the capacity to respond in a appropriate tone and or matter. Very insensitive, unapologetic and very displeasing. Failed to take accountability and apologize for being rude. Deflecting my sisters concerns when trying to communicate the problems we’ve encountered. I would NOT recommend this please! As a business that deals with peoples loved ones, they do not exercise the proper practices that should be demonstrated while working with those who are experiencing a loss. Once my nephew service was paid for, the customer service became non existent ! 0/10

I have been here for numerous services. Very spacious comforting facility. We last used the Main Chapel in June to say goodbye to my Aunt. The presentation was beautiful, from the flowers to her favorite music playing in the background. The staff is also very hospitable during a difficult time.
