I’m very thankful for the team at Cypress for showing us all the compassion and empathy in the planning of my mom’s services. From the time I scheduled our first appointment to plan mom’s service, everyone we encountered at Cypress was warm and welcoming. My mom’s services were executed flawlessly and I know in my heart, my mom would have been pleased. Thank you, Cypress, for everything. Our funeral director, Eddie Swarmes-Velasco has done a great job on giving support and empathy during our difficult time. Everything was perfect, we don’t need to think of what we need to do to make the viewing and funeral easy which is very comforting. Other staff who assisted are very nice and helpful, nothing to complain about as everything was in order. It was a job well done by all the staff but most of all, the funeral director, Eddie he was the best
