Tom was great when my dad passed six years ago. When my mom passed this month Christine was there every step of the way making sure that every detail went according to plan. Her professionalism, competence, kindness and compassion exceeded My expectations.

I'm not sure who was giving my mother estimated prices for my fathers funeral but all I was told was that it was an 85 year old man. This man went to the hospital where my dads body was at to pick him up, when my mother never authorized him to pick up the body or agreed to go with this funeral home for the service. He called us multiple times around 7pm and then a final time at 11pm at night when we were about to go to sleep. He yelled at my mother about not being able to pick up the body when we NEVER authorized this funeral home to. All we did was ask for an estimated price of the service but we never agreed to go with this home nor did we give them the permission to try and pick up the body. He was screaming at my mom about not being able to pick up the body when we are in the middle of grieving and we eventually hung up on him and blocked his number. This place was extremely unprofessional and apathetic to our situation completely. We also never signed off on an agreement and my mother even told him earlier that day that we would review multiple funeral homes before choosing.

Tom handle with care all our priorities to send my Father in Law to Lima-Peru. We received the body of my father in law in Lima with all proper paperwork.Donza Funeral home showed professionalism, expediting properly all international arrangements even with Peruvian Consulate.Thanks for giving us peace,care in these difficult times.
