If you want peace of mind and want to deal with a professional Funeral Home, then totally stay away from this one, as there are many more that are better priced, much more professional and where they will have empathy and compassion for your needs. Andrew who apparently took this business over about a year ago has no real empathy and it appears that with him, it is only about the $ and nothing else. Andrew is apparently looking to expand his business, by opening up another Funeral Home in Milton, MA to try and make more $. With this guy running this Funeral Home you can be assured to be not a priority with anything, as the only priority to him is having the $ come in and he has little to no respect for the wishes of people who have passed and should have his Funeral License Revoked,

If I could give them no stars I would! This place is not the same at all since the sons took over. My family has done our wakes here for over 25 years and this last recent one was horrible! They were uncaring and unprofessional. My family member that we waked there had to have an autopsy and we could see the results of that in his head at the wake. When we asked if he could please cover it up, he pulled some flowers forward and told us that was the best he could do. Everyone there commented about it. Never mind how it traumatized my family seeing that. I highly recommend not using this funeral home. As I said before, it's not the same at all since the sons took over. I highly recommend people never wake there loved ones here. I could go on and on about the unprofessional ways everything was handled. Please do not use this place, your family could be traumatized too.
