"The Cadillac of Customer Service" The Dial and Dudley family were nothing short of amazing. Planning a Funeral is never something you look forward to. My family was treated with so much respect and during the planning process, although a hard conversation to have, we all felt as if they were part of our family. It made the difficult decisions easier to make. This Funeral Home is detailed yet thoughtful and extremely humble.

Dail and Dudley made laying my mother to rest too early so much easier. From beginning to end their service was amazing. They helped us stay on the small budget we had, including making sure her burial in a different state after her funeral in Arkansas was taken care of within the budget set. They went above and beyond helping us make decisions, write the obituary, get the word out, and make sure the procedures were exactly how we wanted. I am so thankful that my father decided to go with Dial and Dudley Funeral Home. We couldn't have asked for a better experience in the worst time of our lives.

We had a very bad experience with this funeral home. When my wife passed away I expected her body and my family to be treated more respectfully. The young lady in the office was helpful in the initial planning stages but the owner's wife came in during the planning stages and seemed like she was disconnected or in disarray for some reason. We were assured the owner handled the embalming process and he was one of the best in the state. That being said myself and my family suffered through watching blood pour out of my wife's ear and her nose during the visitation as well as the funeral services the next morning. Not sure how that happens if her body had been properly embalmed. The people had to keep coming in to wipe the blood away from her ear and nose area . The owner approached me about 20 minutes before the funeral service to make excuses for what me and my family perceived as shortcomings such as the bleeding and other times or dates that were not kept . I can't think of a worse time to have a conversation about things such as that when friends and family alike are seated in the chapel area where he is talking to me about these things. Then the lady in the office approaches me 20 minutes before the funeral service to ask if we would like to change to a closed casket service which was far too late after what we had witnessed for two days prior with the bleeding. My wife didn't die from a terrible accident or gunshot she died from a blood clot that moved to her lungs in her sleep so not sure why we would have had to close the casket other than the body not being properly embalmed. For the amount of money we paid I definitely expected a better experience and for them to take the time to prepare my wife properly. The visitation and funeral were never going to be easy but shouldn't have been as horrific as they were either. I hope no other family has to suffer through anything like what my family went through
