I recently completed the services for a third family member using the Groff Funeral Home and Crematory in Sandusky. The entire staff at Groff's could not have been more accommodating or professional. I dealt with Haley for the most part, but also with Kara the President of Groff's. Their understanding, compassion, concern, and attention to details is wonderful. There is a reason that they are so well respected in the community. When dealing with people at a most difficult time in their lives, they understand and go the extra mile to make sure things are done accurately and professionally. What a comfort to know that your loved one and the details of their funeral or cremation are being handled by caring professionals. I became in need of services very unexpectedly. Best experience I have ever had with a funeral home in my entire life.they were great.their Sandusky facilities are so nice and clean and just doesn't even feel like you are in a funeral home. And they made my loved one look amazing.better than when he was alive.he would have gotten a kick out of that.i will remember Groffs if I need their services again ,and instruct my family to do the same in the event I pass on. Thank you Kara, Hayley and Curt for all you did to meet the needs of my grieving family.We are grateful.

I can not say enough about our experience with Groff Funeral home, they took care of my Mom as well as my Dad now. Drew and the staff went above and beyond in my opinion working with us to get my Dad back from Florida after his death. They took the time with my wife and I, walked us through every thing, and as soon as the paper work was in from Florida Drew was on the phone with us so we could move forward with closing my Dads affair's in Florida. The service for my Dad was great. Thank you so much for all your help.
