I called this funeral home for pricing for cremation of my 21 week old baby that did not survive. By far, this is the cheapest funeral home I found. Even though I ended up not using their services, Suzi was completely compassionate about my situation and did not charge me for picking up my baby even though I used a grant to go to another funeral home. Thank you for your time.

The process was completely transparent and we were informed of every step that was being made, what to expect and when. Most importantly, we were treated with respect and great compassion. I lost my mother this weekend to suicide, so I have been a little, overwhelmed and sad these past few days. This service was supposed to offer online cremation mobile services. I was OK with going through the process, but something felt stranger. I spoke with a guy on the phone who told me that if they provided services, I would be unable to identify her body. They informed me that if I wanted to identify the body before cremation, I would have to pay $1000 on top of the cremation price. I then came in to speak with someone. Once I arrived, it took over 15 minutes for someone to greet us. There were three managers in the building, and none of them acknowledge me and my aunt with a greeting. this place has a terrible odor and terrible customer service. I am still grieving the loss of my mother, and they added food to the fire. I am totally furious with the amount of compassion this funeral has to offer. I highly recommend any person of color to stay away from this funeral home. I repeat this is a scam, and I believe that they are keeping and selling organs. I still need help putting my mother to rest. If anyone out there can help please contact me.
