I find it more than a little morbid that you chose to send me, not 1 but 2, advertisements... ON THE DAY OF MY 59th BIRTHDAY!?! One if them offering me a meal!? My last meal?!? Creepy!!! And at Charlie's On The Lake! A restaurant w/some of the worst food & service I've EVER encountered! The Very Last time I or my family darkened their door, my mom got The Worst lobster she'd ever had! Fish bait!! As it turns out, her last lobster meal on this earth! Even more creepy considering your sales gimmick!!

The Gentleman who helped organize my late mother's funeral and visitation was superb, he went above and beyond for my family. He was sympathetic, resourceful, patient and generous. I can't say enough good things about this place. Everyone there was kind, they gave us our space, and were supportive when needed. The visitation was beautiful. They worked with us on our need for a short time frame. They made a very difficult process manageable.

Not happy at all with the entire experience. It appears because my relative was cremated. We was not important, because there was no real money to be made. We was not explained about other services and things we could add to the cremation process such as memorial cards, Obit, Visitation, Prayer service, etc. I was deeply disappointed by the lack of caring and the lack of communication. Also, we did a viewing Before cremation and cremation was supposed to take place the next day and it’s been over 15 days and it still has not been completed. Now they tell us we need to sign a paper which is fine, but they have not reached out to us whatsoever and we thought she was already cremated and we have been waiting to receive the cremains. To wrap it up very bad communication, Felt like they didn’t really care since it was only cremation. They don’t even call you back. I’ve left to call twice and I still have to chase them down. Not pleased at all with the service extremely disappointed!
