My family and I worked with Ms. Pam. She was amazing. She is very personable and made us feel lat ease when making choices for our beloved. She provided details that helped us along the way and made what is a difficult time in our lives a little easier. I cannot express enough how much we appreciate her and the CP Bannon team. Unfortunately, my experience with customer service was disappointing, as some staff members were inconsiderate and unpleasant. The front desk attendant was frequently unfriendly, distracted by her phone, and displayed a disinterested demeanor. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this facility and suggest that management emphasize staff training to foster a more compassionate and supportive environment for grieving families.

My experience with CP Bannon was comforting in my time of grief. The staff was accommodating and I felt all my needs were met. Hats off to Ms. Ruby as she was a source of strength to me. Everyone I spoke with was great and the staff at the services was professional and comforting at the same time.
