This funeral home is absolutely unethical beware before you do any kind of business with them. Not only did they make several errors on my grandmother's death certificate but they didn't even deliver her to her final resting place. Which I paid in advance to have her delivered on the day of her service I had to go and pick up my grandmother's cremated remains and drive her to her final resting place. These people aren't fit they're horrible at communication don't you let them touch your family member absolutely horrible disgusting I have contacted the funeral Bureau of Investigations on the things that they did.

Thompson funeral home did an exceptional job in the home going celebration for my loved one. They were alway available when I called and when I was only able to leave a message, they promptly gave me a call back within 15 minutes or less. Mr. Thompson and his staff did a great job accommodating all of my requests and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know and thank you again to Mr. Thompson and his staff for your professional service.

Thompson's Funeral home RUINED my experience over 10 years ago and I thought that I would be over it by now? But I am not and will be seeking some way to get resolution to how his daughter's Cohersion lead me to a very different Home Going Service for my then 10 year old son. My Soul won't Rest until I get JUSTICE for what Carol Thompson did that didn't allow me to say Goodbye to my son Properly. I wouldn't let this company bury my Dog ... Let alone another Relative, with the Unethical Way they do business! I thought her Father would correct the wrong? WRONG! He showed up at court and I lost the case, because I didn't have an Attorney or my Right Mind...but he paid for the Attorney to get them out of trouble then? I will be going to APPEAL this case, Even Though it was years ago..... I FORGAVE them and now it's time I did SOMETHING to give My Soul REST to keep them from doing ANYTHING ELSE like this to another Family. The WORST in Oakland!
