My brother passed and we are all from out of state. I feel like the company took advantage of us because we were from out of state. On top of the $2800 they charged us to cremate my brother no service included just a plastic box with his ashes, now they want to charge us more to send a death certificate. You would think after charging us so much money they could include the death certificate. If I could leave them no stars I would. Shame on you for taking advantage of people from out of state!
