My mother passed in Nov. 2011 before the Holidays, the mortician (Tommy Stewart) took time to console me and scheduled the best time with her Pastor saving me for the stress and pain. I received a beautiful engraved picture frame, a poster with my mom pointing at her name and the dates, that was so cool to see driving behind the hurst. I will always treasure the feeling I was left with for my first time organizing a funeral. Thank you for being there.

My father passed in Oct.2022 and Codoza Jacks made his home going truly wonderful. I don’t normally leave reviews but, I have to say that Cordoza's attention to detail was superb. The obituaries were excellent. The way they took his pictures and made a poster to use in the casket and then the funeral car was beautiful, I now have the poster beautifully displayed in my home.. Their pricing was good and their overall quality was super. I would recommend them highly. Although I cried over my loss, I found true joy over how wonderful his home going was made thanks to the great care we received from Cordoza Jacks.

I have never experienced such unprofessional service before while trying to prepare for a loved one, I had calls for several different amounts, I was hung up on, I have yet to receive a death certificate, I can't even tell anyone what anything cost because I don't have any type of paperwork showing totals, I've called several times requesting info always to get a call back, never receive a callback. Would never recommend. Was told a funeral can't be conducted unless paid in full, but yet at the end of service I ask is there a balance that I'm unaware of, and he tells me yeah $3000, when I was asked how much are we looking at for a price, I clearly said $6000, they were given $4000 from a life insurance, $2000 cash, and then a collection which I never seen was taken, cause one tells me they needed $1650, another says $300, this seemed like a money game. I'm glad this is over, I just need my husband's death certificate, a month later still nothing. Programs were not proof read sunset year says 1018, birthday was wrong, was told death certificates were $20.00, when they are clearly $6.00. So disappointed, once again would never recommend!!!!!
