One star is generous. This place has gone downhill in recent years. The new management lacks empathy and I honestly wouldn't trust this place to service my cat let alone a human loved one. Unprofessional, combative, and rude. If there was a negative five star rating, I’d use it. Avoid this funeral home at all costs. My father passed away days before my birthday. My grandmother has used Alfonso Cannon Funeral Chapels Inc. several times and was a faithful customer. However, when it came down to her son, Alfonso Cannon Funeral Chapels Inc. treated my father as if he were nobody. The preacher disrespected my father several times during the funeral service and to make matters worse, the funeral home selected a completely different casket than the one originally selected. The fact that the wrong casket was selected speaks volumes about this funeral home. I also went to visit my father for Father’s Day and found that there was absolutely nothing there over his body. There was no marker, no sign of my father’s body resting there. I seen several spaces with markers of other loved ones recently buried, but my father had nothing. They do not care about your loss. Your loved one is nothing more than a body to them. This is the worst funeral home to go to. If you do not care about your loved one, Alfonso Cannon Funeral Chapels Inc. should be entrusted with them. They will be sure to disappoint you in every possible way.
