Great experience from start to finish. When I first called I spoke with Jordan and her compassion and helpfulness was so clear from our first interaction. She guided me through the first steps and got my dad and an appointment very quickly. Terry was extremely thorough and so helpful through the planning and cremation process. Both Terry and Jordan answered all questions we had quickly and were extremely kind and easy to work with. I cannot recommend them enough. They made this incredibly difficult situation much easier to deal with.
