Please understand that this review is not wrong. They are very caring, compassionate and helpful, but I cannot express my gratitude enough. The loss of a loved one is emotionally draining and having someone to help you through the process of what happens next is essential even in the best of situations. Cole and Garret went above and beyond my expectations, especially Jason Quesenberry. It was almost 4 months after my father's passing before we held his memorial service and internment of his ashes at the Nashville National Cemetery. Jason was available to us throughout the whole process, taking care of getting the military, making sure that any questions were answered, supplying us with anything and everything that we needed. If I needed anything, all I had to do was call or text. He checked in with me the day before the service and the day of to make sure that I didn't have any questions. He took care of us like we were his own family. Who could ask anything for more? When you have the need for their services, I highly recommend them.
