There are so many good things we could say about Austin Bell’s professional handling of our brother’s arrangements. Without repeating what so many others have already said, we want to focus on the expedient response, in our time of need. Sean and Cindi were always immediately available and guided us gracefully during our difficult time. Many thanks to them and all of the Austin Bell folks.

Where to start, your life has just been turned upside down, you’re in a fog and you meet Cindy. Cindy is a wonderful lady who can make you feel like a friend at hello. She helps you through the worst time of your life with compassion and understanding of your loss. She guides you through the process of picking out the necessities and helping you to stay within your budget and still be able to put your loved one away nice. Austin & Bell had my husband looking like he was just sleeping. He looked so natural and at peace. I am so appreciative of the complete staff at Austin & Bell, they went above and beyond to make my husband and our family apart of their family.

Staff was inconsiderate in our time of grief. My dad went to get a school note for my children and Cindi stated "How many children are out there? They need to be in school instead of a funeral home" very disrespectful and judgemental. Children grieve just as well as adults. I was astonished by her judgemental comments. Also, that wasn't the only comment, just the one that stung the most.
