Where do I start? I met with Andy today for pre-arrangements. Both Andy and Mrs. Wheeler were very welcoming and professional from the moment I walked thru the door. Andy was attentive, compassionate, patient and very informative. You can tell he loves what he does and he cares. Last August my mother passes away in my home and had to be brought back to NY. They handled the process with such dignity and compassion which gave me such comfort.
