Losing a loved one is never easy- City of Oaks did an amazing job from start to finish. It was one less thing I needed to worry about. I found them to be compassionate and efficient. I appreciated all that did to help in an already difficult situation. Thank you!

I lost my 14yr old son Oct 1st. This place helped so much. I had no idea what l was doing. City of Oaks, talked me through everything and was so sweet during the hardest thing in my life. Definetly will use there services in the future, hopefully not to soon though.

Two years ago, my mother passed, and I consider myself most fortunate indeed to have found City of Oaks. Even though she was elderly, Mom's death came as a bit of a surprise. I was in shock and in pain, and all I knew was that Mom would have chosen a green burial. The people I dealt with at City of Oaks were all kind, gentle, compassionate, thoughtful, and helpful. And calm. And they didn't try to soothe me when I broke down, they just let me cry, waiting supportingly for me to be ready to continue. Every step of this painful process was made better and easier by the folks here. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
