I would give this business a “0” if I could. We had a horrible experience at House of Winston. As a result, we had my loved-one’s body moved to Grace Mortuary in Inglewood. I’m not going into detail, but use at your own risk. People expect those that profess to be a Christian to have high integrity and demonstrate professionalism and so much more.

I have to say they really took care of us when my Aunt passed away 3 years ago. Mr. Frances (I hope I have the right name) was very accommodating and worked damn hard to ensure the service and burial was properly taken care of, but it's the other staff that I had to constantly follow up on, but they always came through. Be kind to them, they only have a hand full of people and the deaths have increased dramatically since Covid. We're preparing another service there for my Aunt's husband and they've been great in helping put everything together.

Dr Lewis and Staff, was amazing for me and my Family during our lowest and most vulnerable time in our lives. They were kind and compassionate, patient and trustworthy. I am unable to put into words just how relieved we were with their service and how they managed the process. I did not get the Directors name but he and Ms Maxine and Ms Linda were amazing individually and collectively. I would highly recommend H. O. W. in your time of need. God bless the staff and all of the families of such.
