The staff at Chapel hill was beyond amazing , we went to two other funeral homes and they were not considerate they were just about business. But at chapel hill they were so accommodating and beyond considerate and they went above and beyond to make my sister funeral the celebration we needed. A time of death is never something we look forward to but to know that this amazing staff all came together as a team made the process so much more easy and we are forever great full for the love and gentleness Pierre and his staff showed my family in the time of sadness. Unfortunately, our experience with this funeral service provider declined significantly after payment and completion of the service. Despite numerous attempts to follow up, we encountered difficulties in obtaining the death certificates, which were ultimately provided after four months, only to discover they had been available the entire time. We are still awaiting a call to schedule an appointment for the headstone installation. They removed the temporary marker. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this provider for funeral services."

Went to visit my son yesterday at his spot in the ANY BABY CAN GARDEN and was sitting there just got done cleaning up his spot, talking with him when not even 20 mins being there I was rudely interrupted to LEAVE bc they had to DIG UP another baby’s grave right then and there around 2pm during visiting hours. (We weren’t the only family there but the only ones asked to leave)..They were not digging a plot, they were digging up her little headstone and casket (didn’t even have respect to move her Xmas decorations just scooped it all up with dirt and all) I understand people have jobs to do, but there is a time and place for everything..Early in the morning when no one is there, or at dusk when it closes. Very unprofessional and insensitive to the people who can only go there to spend time with their children. You won’t understand until you’re in our shoes which I pray you never are. Please do better for the next family as it caught me off guard and triggered my ptsd from my son being taken from me and caused a day of emotions. Also wanna say my husband did call to let them know and they told him the manager would get back to him which they never did.
