The funeral director, Mr. Sandoval, made a very difficult time for my Dad and I completely seamless. He was available anytime we needed something including after hours. He ensured things were perfect for my Mother’s services and we couldn’t have asked for a better dedication to her life. From the beginning of the process in making arrangements until the burial, he ensured things went smoothly for my beautiful mother. I used the services of this funeral home for my stillborn daughter in November 2016. No one ever wants to bury their child and I remember their compassion from the moment I signed the cremation papers to when I picked up her urn. At the time, I remember M. Jacob Puente expressing his condolences and mentioning that an employee had lost a child which is when they took the initiative to create a program for parents.
