Tim and Brandy were awesome. When my father passed recently, I had to jump in an plan the services. Fortunately, a family friend had worked with Tim at a different funeral home, and referred us to Pine Rest. No slick sales talk, just practical advice on a funeral. They took care of everything just as promised, and kept me updated at each step. It's easy to get taken advantage of in these circumstances, and Pine Rest charged less them 1/2 what a local "Name Brand" funeral home would have charged. On the day of the service, everything went off just as promised. My mother received many compliments on the service.

After many years of going to this cemetery, I am truly impressed with the new ownership. Today, my daughter , son in law , and I visited Caitlin and Chuck’s gravesite. We decided to go to the office to check on some issues we had with Chuck’s marker . We met with Mr Tim Street. He was very professional, compassionate and answered all our questions. He agreed to help us with our issues. It is the first time in nine years we left Pine Rest feeling satisfied with the help we received. Thank you Mr Street.

I would never trust this Funeral home. The Secretary does not know who or what she talks about. Tim the Director didn’t even write my brothers Obituary he just Thur my email he told me send he do correct anything and posted it . We were not given flowers that posted Thur them. They do not listen. Tim told us to take all the pens we wanted that he told a customer that’s the most expensive pen you have bought. He messed up the video sound while running our dvd of our Brothers playing guitar and talking to everyone for the last time. I am reporting to the owners as this place can’t get their stuff together. I drove an he each way to help my sister in law make arrangements for my brother they know me. They didn’t do anything on time. I’m not through with this place. My sister in law works 10 hr shifts and told them I could pu death certificates as she needs them for military issues and they have been talking with me to pu them up and then blank happens. Nobody should have to go Thur this stress when they just lost a family member. It gets worse. I’m telling you they can’t handle the work load so be careful in choosing them to lay your love one to rest.
