When we first decided to consider Brunswick Memorial we met with Art for a pre-plan for my mother-in-law. He was very informative and answered many questions even via email. Six months passed since the initial appointment . Unfortunately, the need arose last week to call on the services of Brunswick Memorial. In stepped Charlene, she is amazing. She has been gifted with the care, compassion and professionalism that a person needs to carry out this role/career. What an amazing support staff with Krista, Heather and the entire staff that navigated the whole process. Charlene, I can’t thank you enough for your kind, calm and take charge demeanor. Your soft spoken voice was very calming as we made so many decisions. Thank you for taking such good care of my mother-in-law, she would be over the moon knowing she was cared for in such a loving and dignified manner. Everyone that attended the wake is still sending us messages complimenting how wonderful Mom looked!
