Paul Huber and his staff did a great job for my grandma's funeral this past Tuesday. They were professional, responsive, and went above and beyond. It was a pleasure to work with them, especially during this emotionally draining time. They made everything easy and we could not have been happier with their services. Thank you very much for honoring my grandmother's life.

My family used this funeral home when our mother passed. The gentleman that worked with us left the business shortly after the funeral. The owner of the business did not check the work that his employee had been doing, which resulted in our Mothers headstone not being ordered. When we realized it was not there (after the snow cleared) we called to discuss what had happened, he went into blame mode, but going forward we assumed all would be taken care of. When I called over a month later to follow up, nothing had been done. However, that weekend, we got a proof, signed off and again, assumed all was moving forward. To keep this short, after many calls and emails, my mothers headstone has just been installed, over a year after her passing. The owner of the business just kept making excuses as to why it wasn't his fault. It was his employee's fault, it was the lazer company's fault, it was the installer and cemetery's fault..... Maybe we were wrong in assuming when you pay for a headstone and for professional services, it would include follow up to ensure the job was done. In the end, we received no reimbursement for a job poorly done and no remorse from the business owner. A loved one's passing is already emotional, shop around, there are others available to use in this area.

Really didn’t appreciate the targeted pamphlets to my grandmother in memory care. Not something we need her thinking about
