We have buried 3 family members with Mount Sinai Memorial Chapel, my Mom very recently, and each time the staff at this funeral home was very kind, supportive and compassionate. Every detail was taken care of, they helped put my mind at ease, so I could prepare myself mentally and physically. Our family wishes to thank the employees of this establishment for the excellent services we received.

We pre-planned my mother's funeral with Mount Sinai a week before she passed. Everyone we dealt with was kind and understanding. Answering multiple questions and concerns from myself and my family members. They found a great Rabbi to deliver the service and they were excellent in getting everyone out to Long Island for the burial. Mount Sinai Memorial Chapels took an awful day for us emotionally and made everything run smoothly. Which was all we could ask for in our time of grief.

The staff at Mount Sinai is second to none. Krista was with us every step of the way - from the very beginning to even checking in on us a few weeks later. She answered every question we had and had our backs at all time. She is knowledgeable, helpful, and most importantly, extremely compassionate. She is a true asset to the Mount Sinai staff.
