Had to give a one or it would have been a zero they lost information 3 times it has taken over two months they knew I worked late and said they would work with me to say now it's after hours the sign says they are available 24 hours a day they are liars. I wanted my mom back since they finally got her back on the first mothers day weekend I've been without her and the guy told me no he wasn't gonna drop what he was doing to help me well if you hadn't lost my information 3 times id have her back already was about the rudest person I've ever dealt with I would never use these people they are unprofessional and I'll be filing with the better business bureau.

Lead driver of the procession today almost caused several accidents by running all of the red lights and stop signs. You're supposed to obey the traffic laws as the lead! No major flashing lights to make others aware of what was going on and no cops either. Seriously unsafe practices. So if you wanna be part of a road accident hire these idiots.

I see that I'm not the only one with a similar experience. Issac lied to me and said that he paid for 100 obituaries when I didn't have 100 people show up at the funeral. So when I get to Staples to pick up an additional 15 (which he said that he would pay for and didn't) I asked the lady if she could pull the order. She did and he did not pay for 100 obits, he paid for 75 but charged me for 100. On top of that I had to pay for the additional ones that he ordered to make up for the 100 that he didn't order. He also told me on April 6th that the death certificate was on its way. It is now April 22nd. I have texted him a couple of time with no response. I've had to go on line and order the death certificate myself because I am under a time constraint to get some business finalized. Needless to say I will be filing a BBB complaint and will be requesting that he reimburse me for the charges that he defrauded me out of. I do not recommend him or his business to anyone. He steals and lies which is obvious based on what I just mentioned.
