Krista was so kind and empathetic, she is exact person you want to work with in this situation, she was perfect. I'm going to say what everyone wants to know, basic cremation for my Mom was $2001.00, I thought this was absolutely fair, we had no family to come to a ceremony, so it was exactly what we needed. I would absolutely recommend Brown's....it's a beautiful funeral home, it's welcoming.

Navigating the death of a loved one is an incredible challenge. There are so many things to be done, with emotions attached to every decision. And honestly, when my father passed away in December, I was clueless. Fortunately, we went directly to Brown’s and I can’t begin to tell you how thankful I am that we did. From the moment I spoke with Doug I felt completely supported. He walked us through everything, patiently explaining and answering questions. He gave us everything exactly as we needed it and I never felt pressured on anything at any time. We planned a VA memorial in May and he stayed in contact throughout the process. And thanks in large part to his efforts the service was beautiful. Thank you to the entire Brown’s team and especially Doug Thomason. The amount of peace our family has at Pop’s send-off is priceless.
