Our family did not enjoy our visit with the funeral director Michael. He was very short and cut us off from talking multiple times during our meeting with him. The whole process and meeting was incredibly uncomfortable and caused more distress in any already awful time for our family. We ultimately chose to go with another funeral home because of this.

What did Michael do correctly? During such a horrible time in life please look into this process before going with this funeral home. He screwed up the date of death with social security causing hours and hours of issues trying to clean that up and insurance who is stating they won't pay for items. He messed up my mom's name and multiple facts on the death certificate multiple times. He could not remember a single thing we would tell him. He does not listen and talks over you. He did not complete the urn as we discussed. He charged us for items after he said he wouldn't. The list goes on. In the whole process I don't believe a single item was taken care of correctly and it's so disappointing at a time like this.

Michael was compassionate and understanding. Funeral arrangement for my husband was the hardest & tough decision for me, but Michael guide me thru it with care. I asked questions & he answered me. He showed respect & professionalism. My husband's physical viewing was done naturally and with care , he even looked younger and that's one of the many good memories I'll remember. Thank you Michael.
