I am very pleased to have chosen the services offered by Brookside Funeral Home and Crematory located in Ellensburg. Not only was the funeral home director (Charity) very accessible and efficient, but she was also patient answering all of my questions! Never once did she pressure me into purchasing services or items I did not want. She only offered options (such as memorabilia) by pointing out items in display cases if I was interested. Also, Brookside Funeral Home and Crematory works closely with the "Quilts of Valor" organization to provide patriotic quilts (on loan) to honor our deceased veterans. I can not thank Jamin and his staff enough. They cared for three family members previously and were wonderful but recently I experienced it more personally with the passing of my mom.
