I star for getting mom to the burial site. The only thing as sad as my mom passing, was Heggies service. He was late,pallbares' waited an hour before he arrived at the church. I tried to get in to prepare my mother's hair and makeup but no one answered the doorbell. When he did get there, I could see no thought had been put into her presentation. Her face was grey, no makeup and her hair was slicked back like a mans. I didn't recognize my own mother, so we decided to have a closed casket. The response I got was, well she's been dead almost a week!! I was so saddened that this would be my last vision of my mother. I then tried to put her pearls on, but I was being rushed cause we were already an hour late. The casket and hearse were beautiful . I wish we had gone somewhere else, but it was too late.

Some people may have misconceptions about this funeral home. From my experience they tried their hardest to treat our loved one with respect and dignity. The funeral director was respectful and professional. I will be coming here in the future and will recommend people to do the same.

the owner is rude to people all the time. does not treat your loved ones with dignity. he should not be in this business I would hand gave him no stars if it was available!!!! as he had personally messaged me I thought I would add to this post. as many of the Yakama Nation know I am a caretaker of bodies. as is my sister. we taking very good care of the body till its in the ground. follow the family wishes best we can. I can make this statement above Monte because I have watched you be rude to mothers, fathers, sisters ,brother, husband's and wives while they deal with one of the toughest times I life. I have stood up for families so their wishes can be followed. you just do for the money and you treat people so rude. I always recommend they go somewhere else. I don't want them to have to deal with you waking all over their already hurting hearts. even though the soul has left the body we still need to take care of it properly in our way. I don't know what happened to you Monte. you use to be a man of the people. you where once kind and understanding. that is gone now. I pray you find your way because the work is hard enough without so much negativity. PRAYERS UP
